Have tried a couple of sites and programs on this but nothing works. Starting to wonder if it's even Korean. If anyone can understand this please help me out.

@wous would be your best bet. he's like the swiss army knife of translation.
but I'm 95% sure tha'ts korean. your problem is that it's casual handwriting which probably has a bunch of extraish lines.

The irony is that I was once presented with Swiss French and very quickly gave up trying to understand it as any kind of French. I'll take a look, but Korean handwriting is still bad fun for me.

Well, if you can't make any headway at it, let me know and I"ll spend some time squinting at it, though I've no experience with it really-- so I probably won't get anywhere :)
