Some furry drawings on e621 are based on IRL porn.
Like post #1307541 ( probably based on a Rockbitch performance )

It's not ok to post Real porn / real images
https://e621.net/wiki/show?title=avoid_posting

But can we link to it in the comments?

Personally, I'd say don't link things that might gross other users out and to avoid linking to RL porn when possible, but from what I can read, it isn't strictly against the rules. Still is probably frowned upon(in my eyes, not sure about other admins), but you likely won't get in trouble for it as long as you don't spam.

Extreme Sexuality / Violence as of 2018/04/24:
Suggested Suspension Length: 3 days
This category includes:

  • Linking to websites that refer to extreme real-life violent sexual activity
  • Linking to websites that refer to extreme real-life violence
  • Linking to websites that refer to extreme kinks and/or fetishes

Videos of rape, snuff, executions, and similar material all fall under this category.
Linking to generic pornographic material is still fine as long as it doesn't break any other rules.

The intent is to prevent real-life violent content from websites we do not control from being exposed to users of e621. The rule specifically mentions links to other websites since we control the content here. As to what defines as “extreme kink” is going to be judged on a case-by-case basis. However, if it is ruled that one thing is extreme kink, it must be consistent in that ruling. For example, if you consider scat as an extreme kink (not saying that we should), all posts and comments that contain scat should be removed as well, so judge wisely. Example: a post of a drawn character getting graphically and brutally slaughtered (okay). A forum thread linking to 4chan’s /c/ thread (not okay)

So from what I understand you'd want to link a image referencing a Rockbitch performance involving watersports, this would likely be a no go.

I would like to post some life like sex doll photos, then the question is that I can not find out the way to add internet pictures.

Please do not hijack threads. To answer your question, do not post those. They are irrelevant to site for various reasons:

  • Real life content: Sculptures, dolls, etc
  • Human only

I, personally, also recommend putting some fat juicy disclaimers about what is in the link. like: "The following link contains REAL LIFE PHOTOS of REAL LIFE naked people."

I mean, that way ther'es no possible confusion, people are well warned, and aware of what they're about to get into.
