Description doesn't have any guidelines or full on rules outside sites regular rules, so use whatever.

I used to do:

Title

Description

But more and more started to see that everyone was mistaking me for artist as description was usually written from first person perspective, so nowdays I use:

((Better version of post #<ID>))
((Comment related to post, including ugoira conversions or fixes with video encodes. --the uploader))

From source:

Title

Description

Where (()) is used when required. This indicates better which stuff is from where without taking precious vertical space.
