Topic: Why do some pools "bump" in the index if no 'recent changes' were made?

So, It may be obvious for some of you but I was wondering that, sometimes I see old comics in the pools section but when I check them no new pages were added to it, also the 'recent changes' option shows that no pages were either added or removed. Why does this happen?

My guess is that it's possibly acknowledging an edit that's minor, like re-ordering a pool and general swapping around, which doesn't always involve removing and adding posts to a pool

What Dice said, however it could also be edits like activating or deactivating the pool, which IMO is the most common bump. People pay attention to comic/pool statuses and gut 'em when they're finished, or when there's not going to be a finish. Deactivating pools removes them from the drop-down list when trying to add posts to a pool, which makes it easier to find specific pools when chaff is removed.
