Those seem fine to upload, provided you rip and upload the source webm video files for said animations.
If the webm is unavailable to be ripped from those videos, then conversion to webm would be the next option, but this is discouraged if the webm is available. If you do convert it, don't use a cheapo online .mp4 to .webm conversion or something. I use FFmpeg if any conversion is necessary for the particular media file upload. The "converting" section of @Mairo's user profile has a bunch more text explaining this in a lot more detail.
If you wish for me to upload it, I might do so within the next upcoming days, though currently I've been focusing on cleaning up species tags so it might take a bit.

Both videos have VP9/Opus available at highest resolution.
Youtube videos that I have seen to only to contain MP4 stream are usually extremely old and ones that don't have HD resolutions, you can pretty much assume that if the video is from youtube, it does have WebM stream.
Only problem is the youtube downloading plugins and websites, because with those the webm option is usually downloading MP4 stream and converting it, which results quality loss and bloat, which isn't necessary when there's already WebM stream available, so make sure to use software which can select the correct stream, this is why I recommend youtube-dl and jdownloader2 as I know for fact those can do that.
