Topic: I cant restore my Inkbunny account and I dont know where else to get help

I know this is e621 and not inkbunny but I am hoping someone here can help me. Last year I deactivated my account on inkbunny. Now I want to reactivate my account or start a new inkbunny account but the site wont let me. I cannot use my email to start a new account because Inkbunny says its already in the system tied to my now deactivated account. So I cant reactivate my old account or start a new account. I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] but my emails are getting bounced back to me with my email saying that address does not exist. I am hoping someone who is connected to Inkbunny can help me.

have you tried logging back into inkbunny with the previous account?

I guess there is no hope, you will have to go without. Or maybe you will get an email soon, who knows? ๐Ÿ˜ธ

I have and I get a message saying the account was deactivated and I need to contact support. ([email protected]). However when I send an email to them it just bounces back to me saying its a bad address.

You could create another email and then use that to create another inkbunny account. Then use that account to send a support ticket to get you previous account back.

If you're still on this thread the user "GreenReaper" is an admin on Inkbunny, you could try sending him a dmail and ask him what your options are.

Dunno why this is, but I've confirmed that it's a problem address. Just got a "delivery incomplete" response after a day.

I emailed the former owner earlier at their registered address, from an account with the same provider. So either they're not checking their email, they're checking the *wrong* email, or they weren't the account owner to start with (unlikely, given the account age here, but I like to check before reactivating).
