Deleted content shouldn't be re-uploaded, and it can be undeleted by the staff depending on circumstances.

You've gotta admire the ballsiness of a guy who steals someone's artwork, then tells people not to use or redistribute his page layout before telling them where to discuss commissions.

Right! The takedown reason shows Timothy Smalls is linking from https://roleplay.chat/profile.php?user=Timothy+Smalls back to e621 for stealing someone else's artwork for his character pics -- which is not okay.

Then, when you go out to that site and click Timothy's Out of Character link, he has his own message up telling others not to steal his stuff.

So, to paraphrase, I'mma steal your stuff, but don't you dare steal mine. Hypocrisy level: Master.
