Topic: New user questions

Posted under General

Hola, just started using the site yesterday and got a few questions.

How long does it usually take for one's uploads to get approved?
Uploaded the 10 pics I was allowed 24 hours ago, but they're still not cleared.

Got a note that says I got a neutral record now because of something about rating, is this a bad thing?

And is there an easy way to find all of your uploads, like a gallery button?
So far I have searched for one of my uploads and clicked my own user name.

Hope you can help and have a nice day.

To view your uploads, go to your user page and click the number on "Posts" (or search user:mooreHope on the search page).

Uploads can take up to a month to approve but usually get cleared a fair deal sooner if they're of obviously good quality. Borderline cases can end up not being approved because nobody is sure, and then will be auto-deleted if not approved within 30 days. The janitors/mods go through about a thousand posts a day so the queue is usually backed up.

Your record, judging from the five linked posts, is probably because bare breasts are not explicit by themselves. For your posts to be explicit, they need a penis, pussy, cloaca, genital_slit, sheath, anus, or some form of sex act, blatant/obvious BDSM, or gore.

Neutral records are simple reminders, so you're not in big trouble, and with no more incidents, the record will decay in 6 months.

source your posts so I don't have to waste my time figuring out if it's paid material or not

They are new, maybe say that with a little tact

You are right, I'm not in a positive mindset today. I apologize to mooreHope and anyone else for my harshness. I edited my original post.

To answer mooreHope's questions, most posts are approved within 3 days. If you don't include a source it could take longer because staff approves every post by hand. In general, I will skip over sourceless posts while approving and return to them later as sourcing them can be time consuming.

Cheers for the replies, I'll be patient and try to work on the sources.
