you're asking furries, and you've received an answer from someone with a sexual trash bag as their pfp. there's nothing that isn't seen as hot in this wonderful hellfire of a community.
Her in-game model looks really funky because her muzzle looks completely disconnected from her face like it's tacked on, which makes her cheeks stick out weirdly. The fan art of her usually fixes that issue which looks way better.
So, in-game Hariet: no; fanart Hariet: yes.
The official concept art of her looks pretty good too: https://twitter.com/mario_odysseyJP/status/1023684339651903488
Important question first: Was she ever set on fire?

See? This is a good answer. Good effort!

Yes. MARIO did it lol.
No. And since you didn't give any justification yourself, I'm going to skip the essay portion, too.

Then I guess the answer is yes, she was hot, at least when Mario was involved.

I updated to justify my answer.
No. Bunnies in general aren't very hot. The body temperature of a rabbit is a bit above that of a human, from what I could find, around 103 degrees Fahrenheit at most if healthy, and as an anthro rabbit her temperature might well be even less than that. Perception of heat differs partially based on expectation, and that body temperature is both well within expectations for a furred creature, and also far below what temperature would be required to cause a "that's hot!" reaction from an unknown source (which generally would start at the level that might result in burns with continuous exposure).
If, however, you meant "hot" in another sense... She's still not hot. She has received only two pages or so of images since the game came out, which is a pretty low rate, and that rate has not spiked recently. Additionally the images are not getting very high scores. Overall her popularity is at a mediocre (at best) level compared to the sorts of characters that really take off in the furry fandom (see the spike that occurred with Zootopia - I would have considered Zootopia's influx of art sufficient to deem "hot" at the time).
She is also not sexually attractive to me, but since sexual attraction is subjective and not really subject to reasoning or justification, I have deduced that this must not have been the sense of the word "hot" that you meant. That would be silly.
Wait, do you think her last name is "broodal"?

I was asking if she was attractive to you

Nah, not strictly speaking. It’s more or less kinda shorthand for “Harriet THE Broodal.”

Fiiiine. Honestly, no, I don't think she's hot. She doesn't exhibit any of the characteristics I think are physically attractive, and since I've never played the game, I can't comment on her personality except to say there probably isn't enough of it developed in canon to be attracted to.

It's really stupid when people do that. It's like saying "Link Zelda" or "Isaac Golden Sun".

it's more like saying "Sonic Hedgehog"

True, but isn’t it sometimes correct (Mickey Mouse, Daffy Duck, etc.)?

Except his full title is "sonic the hedgehog" not just "'sonic' and he's a hedgehog".
It's more like saying Shredder Foot Clan.
