Because there are some artists that I like that have translated stuff but its not tagged as such...so I discovered that I can search for "artist name" "note:*a" but ofc there are notes that cant have that letter.

So I want to know if there is a better way to search for images with any type of content on their notes.

You could try adding "noter:any" to your search. That way, if anyone has ever added a note to an image it would show up in your search
