It's not an official mirror, or anything like that. Don't log into that website with your account.
Could be a weird phishing attempt or something like that. They aren't mirroring posts, the images are still hosted on e621.

Well fuck me I did log in without thinking, it seems to be down now thankfully so hopefully nothing happens

Change your password immediately, and reset your API key if you have one.
And if you used the same password on other sites, especially your email, then you should change it there too.
