Topic: I keep getting my pictures deleted

Posted under General

I worked so hard on these pictures, and they have no reason to be deleted from this site. There's nothing wrong with them. How do I get them back?

you can see why the posts were deleted here. otherwise, they were deleted for not meeting the minimum quality standards; e6 has a minimum quality standard since the goal of e6 is to be a curated art gallery website, rather than your typical art hosting websites like FA or Inkbunny (et cetera) that don't delete your artwork due to quality standards. this means having to eventually delete artwork for a myriad of reasons, including not meeting a minimum quality standard.

you can click the ID of each post located on the left side of the page to view the deleted post, in order to find out which staff member deleted your post. you can then message the staff member by clicking on their name underneath the deleted image, then click "send message" in the options on the top of the page, in order to ask them why they deleted it or how you could improve your artwork, as well as contest the deletion if you feel like the reason is incorrect.

There was literally nothing wrong with them. My artwork met all of the criteria, and they still fucking got rid of it for no reason.

the most recent deleted post was literally unfinished, juding by the fact that it's got WIP in the title at the source. most of the rest are awkwardly posed, unshaded characters, with inconsistent line quality and sharpness put on top of really crunchy low-res jpeg stock images.

in all honesty, looking at the rest of your posts, the janitors were really generous with what stuff of yours they allowed.

Well the mods said they didn't meet minimum quality standards. You can message them and ask why it didn't meet them. You might not be able to post these ones but you could improve your art to the point where it consistently passes. It's that or avoid posting your art on the site.
