The paid content rule only applies if you post the individual images from the set, that is exclusively only available for purchase.
The advertisement rule typically only applies to posts with no redeemable artistic value whatsoever, such as this and this.
The post in question may be okay to upload since it is not heavy on the advertising and it resembles a typical multiple_scenes post, albeit a censored one.
However, I wouldn't bother uploading it personally since people here dislike seeing paywalled content and can be quite liberal with the downvote button.
