Topic: Father of the Pride character tags

Posted under General

Hello, everyone. A lot of the Father of the Pride characters have fairly common names: Larry, Kate, Sierra, Hunter, Victoria, Blake, etc.

But tagging something as character:hunter makes a simple "hunter" tag... and otherwise, the character section of the tags looks like this:

hunter_(father_of_the_pride)
kate_(father_of_the_pride)
larry_(father_of_the_pride)
sarmoti_(father_of_the_pride)
sierra_(father_of_the_pride)

I'm trying to get it to a simple, easy to search standard for the names that isn't too complex. Some posts are tagged "hunter_(lion)" and some characters, such as "Sierra" for example, have multiple characters from different series using the same name.

Should I go with the longer tags that include the series name in parenthesis for all of them? Would tags like "character:hunter_(fotp)" be better?

fotp sounds fine, since that's what we've done with MLP; just make sure to put in implication requests for each of the tags to Father of the Pride, whatever that is.
