Why is it that humanized mlp is no longer allowed(except under certain conditions) but the "not_furry" tag exists? imo, humanized mlp is more furry or what ever than a lot of the stuff on "not_furry". again, just curious, don't wanna start a fight and i'm not trying to piss off the adminz :p

If its really well done, it may get to stay around, but the problem was right when MLP became "the thing to draw", there was a massive flood of humanized MLP.. most of it bad.. very bad - and it was pissing off a large user based here at E.
And since most humans drawings are not accepted (some, but not all) and the flood of art work was bad (or simple), it was kind of natural that the mods wanted to slam the door shut.
You can always test the waters if you have something that you believe is really really well done that somebody took time and effort to make good - but don't throw a fit if it gets deleted.

At the end of the day being furry is what makes e621 special/sets it apart from someplace like Danbooru.
All that being said I feel obligated to mention that I myself have wanted to share with e6/posted some not_furry once or twice, some of it got accepted based on its quality and some of it didn't. And that's how it should be. If you've got something that you believe is really really nice you can try to post it but don't be upset if a mod thinks differently and deletes it.

To be fair, we're a furry site. Not deviantart or some crap. If it's well done and people might like to see it, let it stay. Otherwise it shall be damned into the nether.

Darling, humanized mlp was only restricted because it was posted constantly.
