Requested feature overview description.
- I would like to propose a rule that would require users who upload to this website to tag genders of characters in pictures. The page would not allow a user to upload a picture unless the tags male, female, ambiguous_gender, cuntboy, dickgirl, zero_pictured or intersex are in the tags field. (And when the final verdict comes back on the more PC replacements of cuntboy/dickgirl, those).

Why would it be useful?
- This would improve blacklist efficiency drastically for users who have blacklisted genders like me, and help educate new users about the policies and rules of E621.

I believe JavaScript can check strings in a text form against a set list of words.
Before you jump to arms, this would not only be for me. It just happens to be a problem that plagues me as well.
