This is actually two bugs in one, because they're related.

Bug overview description.
1. The description is "Top 30 tags used on posts uploaded in the past 24 hours", but this is not the actual behavior. It shows the tags trending for the given search. For "/post/index" it shows the most used tags period.

2. "Trending Tags" doesn't seem to work for favorites. It just says "No Tags".
