Additionally, it seems like <3_sign is the same thing as hand_heart. It'd be nice to have a convention for handling tags like that, which don't have enough taggings to justify an alias, but otherwise *would* be aliased.
Personally, editing the wiki to say 'use CANONICAL_TAG instead' seems reasonable.
(I fixed the 4 instances of <3_sign, so there are currently none)

Implications:
heart_pillow -> <3
Can't implicate heart_pattern, because tag refers to the shape of the pillow rather than the pattern on it.
