Don't know this is the appropriate place or not. I am in a worry looking for someone to help me out. I am looking for a looking for a solution to unblock netflix for a specific country. Though randomly I am using following this site http://www.vpncomparison.org/provider/expressvpn/ is this site helpful to do that?

How are you so sure it's a bot? Could be a phished person, but why someone would want to phish on e621 is beyond me.

I got phished once. It was terrible at first. Then I realized: Runescape sucks ass.

Simple, you don't. It's violation of netflix's terms of service to falsify your location.

Well, the account is four days old, has no other posts, no favorites, comments, or anything else, and a very generic name, so I felt bot was the most likely possibility.

Use a SOCKS server

Of free socks clients, I recommend Psiphon.
