nothing at ExHentai.org (it's pretty much the same as g.e-hentai but they allow stuff like shota, loli, and other things that would get deleted or expunged on g.e-hentai)

gelbooru...lots and lots of decapitation and dismemberment but nothing that sounds like you're description.

checked another 1-2 sites including furrybooru but aside from this one pic (turned out to be a human male doing her, couldn't tell when i first saw the thumbnail), i saw nothing matching you're description and i don't even want to try the rule34 sites (sorry but i consider those too much hassle unless i'm reverse searching a pic and they come up).

edit: @various booru sites: why you no use ratings in you're tag search functions? why? that alone makes things much easier to sort through. >.<

Apparently, none of them have tried improving upon the original software. Perhaps e621 would like to sell copies of it's software? Would help with server fees.

Nothing, just browsing the pages. Search for Ms. Fortune (seems to vary on 34paheal and 34xxx, getting mixed up with the Toonstruck lady) and it appears to be gone.

Found it though, it's one of DaiGaijin's works. Don't know why it would be deleted in particular, as he isn't DNP and a superior version hasn't been uploaded.
