1 + (11 / 10) - (0 / 4) - 10 = -8

The first number is the base upload limit, it's 10 for most people, but apparently only 1 for this guy. I'm not sure in what cases it's changed, but Scakk has 20, presumably to avoid his upload limit going into the negatives.

Second is the number of approved posts, divided by 10, so every 10 posts you get approved will increase your upload count by one. Third part is the number of deleted posts, divided by 4. So every four posts will subtract one from your upload limit.

Fourth is the current number of unapproved posts. He currently has 10, but as they're approved it will go down and consequently take his upload limit back up to 2.

He shouldn't have been able to post any more than the upload limit, but something happened here. All I can think of is that a bug let him upload more than he should've or that his base upload limit was changed while he still had unapproved uploads.

Aw, man! I remember that guy! He used to say "cyka" a lot but with russian characters. He's not just the only one, though. From all the time I've been here (~5 years), I've seen like 3 or 4... well, almost one each year. Heh, even one tried to impersonate me and a couple others

I don't remember making that post but I'm pretty sure I was just listing you as an example of somebody with a base upload limit above 10.

Anyone remember Barbados? He was the first serial evader that I remember.
