I don't know, is messy. Maybe reverse the alias, as the raised_heel tag has its own wiki page.

Wiki pages can be moved (renamed) at the click of a button, so no problem there.

And also that page was literally created less than two weeks ago for a thoroughly unintuitive tag that has only 50-some uses.

Tiptoes is unambiguous, has ca. 6 times more uses and actually has another tag already aliased to it.
I don't understand the question.

Alright, alright, don't get crazy with me, +1 to raised_heels -a-> tiptoes.

Well sorry if you think it's "unintuitive", it's really just a more specific tag for posts that show this characteristic that wouldn't have been qualified as tiptoes. It's actually specifically different than tiptoes, i.e.:
Raised_heel is used for posts like this,
post #751080
although I concede that this post is very close to tiptoes, however this tag is more specifically for plantigrade feet, and even still, the above post wasn't tagged tiptoes (perhaps it should have been)
This post would not be raised_heel, but tiptoes, since he is standing on his toes yet digitigrade feet are essentially (almost) always like this, and it would be redundant,
