Topic: Aku Tojyo vs nezumi ....what?

At first I was just surfing the recent tojyo spam comments and ffd's...when I noticed this post here being deleted for aku tojyo....dnp...when the artist tag says nezumi.
Tojyo is flagging and spamming quite a few of the posts tagged as nezumi works as "my doujin" and "delete". And while they've been slapped for that they are also spamming the ffd - avoid posting, content under two years, and previously deleted...

So can someone tell me how tojyo is now nezumi?

nezumi drew stuff for anthology doujin and the project was led by tojyo. now tojyo is pissed and does not understand that according to rules its ok to post here since its older than 2 years and nezumi's art is ok to post.

looks like a number of pics tagged with nezumi as the artist have been FFD'd by NMNY saying the artist is on the avoid posting list. which i'm assuming will be updated to reflect that as nezumi isn't on the DNP/avoid posting page ...yet.

edit: nevermind. looked through the comments on some of those and it seems NMNY is marking them as such at least till this mess is sorted out.

I would like to remind that "Avoid posting art by these artists (includes collaborations):"

Just because it's over 2 years doesn't mean they can be posted, IF the artist denies posting.

but the thing is that tojyo's dnp status does not extend to something they did not create or commission. they did not commission nezumi to draw the comic, they did not take any part to creating the comic and they do not own any of the characters.

It seems like he's in charge of the circle which published it though, so yes, he did take a significant part in creating the comic.

he was charge of the circle that published it yes, but his dnp status applies only to art he made. art he made as in he had to participate in the creation process of the actual art (writing story, drawing lines, shading etc) but he didnt. he was only in charge of the circle that published it. he could probably file a takedown but looks like he havent done it (even tho an admin clearly informed him about this option).

That or he doesn't know how to adequately do so, given communication difficulties. Regardless, DNP can also be applied to publishers wholesale; We do have a specific DNP section for that.

(Also, it's an assumption that he didn't have any part in the creation process: Given that he's in charge of publishing, it's a fair assumption that he definitely played a significant part in the creation process, from concept to production)
