I saw a rather cute LinkXgannon pic that was listed at https://e621.net/post/show/770432. Now, I'm normally not one to question the decisions of the mods, but there's plenty of Zelda pics here, and I've understood this to be not a 'FUR ONLY' site (even if that's a great deal of the art, and I do appreciate that.) Still, this one incidence seems somewhat unfair.

Again, I'm not trying to start trouble, but I feel there was some overreach here. Thanks.

Robots, fairies, orcs, etc. are fair game for upload. The loopholes are as wide as goatse by design.

Even if we counted Link as human, Ganon(dorf) is most certainly not human.

That does bring up a good point, so elves count too then?

Funny though how the creatures in the games refer them as humans.

Beats me, I haven't played many of the games and I don't know the lore.

"ain't feral or furry" ain't the rule though. In the Humans and e621 thread you can see various robots, fairies, elves, kobolds, demons, imps, orcs, catgirls, ghosts, aliens, humanoids or whatever being cleared for pants takeoff.

Avoid posting wiki says:

Our uploading lawyers have shown "furry-related" to be incredibly broad. That leaves pure human posts to be utterly destroyed. So what is a "hylian"? Are the 100+ link posts tagged "elf" correct?

I know this might sound nit picky, but I guess maybe if the art showed the characters linear to their elf counterparts then maybe it would be valid? Idk...

But Hylians are a race of royal "elves..." (btw Link isn't a Hylian, but a different race...same with Ganon too. xD)

So yeah...I guess the art should have stayed? Oh well, nothing we can do about it. Plus, it's just one art I guess. There are other ways to find the pic also.

Actually, Link *is* Hylian. Though in OoT he was raised among the Kokiri.

Erm, the rule has always been "If its not site standard, its at risk of being deleted at anytime without forewarning" not that it's "Going to go every time."

Regardless, elves and demons, regardless of whether they are of the human with green-brown skin and a sexy beard variety or the blue pig variety, are acceptably not human on here, so the post should be restored.

EDIT: I also recommend aliasing hylian to hylian_elf, to avoid confusion in the future.
