Want to be sure I am right here. Doesn't the girl in this picture seem a little young? Like she's not yet 18?

Was thinking about adding the "Young" tag or any other tag that's appropriate. What do you all think?

Definitely young. The light colored puffed areola are classic Tanner IV characteristics for breasts*, which suggests the maturational age is not long after puberty started. Along with her other characteristics I'd say she falls nicely into teenager.
*Puffed areola are a poor indicator for age by themselves (as far as tagging goes) and can vary widely in actual humans depending on a number of factors. Even if it is still useful as a rough model, Tanner staging is based on research from 45 years ago and can be unreliable for gauging a person's real age.
