Here is a link to a pool in need of a translation. This has been on this site for a year now, and people left and right are in the comments asking for it to be translated, yet no one came.

What I'm asking is, could this finally be translated please?

There's just so much pending translation here and so little fluent Japanese speakers.

I could try myself, but I don't have any translation programs.

Japanese is a prohibitively difficult language to become fluent in.

There's about 1000 ideographs you'll have to memorize, and you also have to look at how these characters change meaning when put next to one another. Several of these characters are also very easy to confuse with one another depending on the handwriting, or the resolution of the image. For example, at very low font sizes, even something as simple as dakuten (゛) and handakuten (゜) appear almost indistinguishable. There's also the issue of katakana. Several phrases in katakana are often based on a word's spelling rather than its pronunciation. (Commonly, エネルギー vs the more rare エナジー)

There's also very little reason to do this sort of thing for free if you're good at it.

Machine translations shouldn't be relied on too heavily, just saying. If you're truly desperate you should be looking for translators who will work for pay. Nobody's perfect, (Lookin' at you, Treehouse.) but they generally have a better idea of what they're doing.
