Surprise surprise, you have years more to go through.

C'est la vie, c'est la mort.

good lord now what's going to happen this year

Dunno, but make sure you do the following:

  • Stretch every morning. Doesn't matter if you only do it for 20 seconds every day - every 20 seconds is progress.
  • Stop drinking soda and energy drinks.
  • Get a bird puppet/plushie.
  • Read a goddamn book.
  • Go for a little jog.

Do all these things and YOU TOO can be fabulous

sodas are the lesser of 2 evils compared to those unhealthy energy drinks. :/ don't even need to try one of those to know that. speaking of, i don't even drink coffee (eugh gross, keep that caffeine addiction away from me.).

as for me, i'll just keep going along as usual while using my 20 lb. (hopefully i can get a heavier one for my birthday. i've gotten to where 20lb. doesn't take hardly any effort to lift or move around now so maybe 40lb. next.) dumbbell 1 or more times a day among other things. at least, as far as exercise/workout is concerned. :)

yep, no coffee/alcoholic beverages/drugs/etc. and i get up and use that dumbbell whenever i feel like it. that's good enough for me. :P
