In the future, you can probably just report the user through the ticket system rather than making a thread about it. It doesn't hurt to pop into IRC and mention it as well, as there's almost always an admin in there.

Joining irc servers makes me feel like going to parties where I don't know anyone, while trying my best to keep the womenfolk at bay without getting labeled as faggot while actually being one. I stopped going to gatherings like that.
