If artists are doing "commissions but not really commission because its an idea, an art idea" you should draw me as well but I don't know what my fursona looks like so just try to imagine your best.

It's called requests, and you're supposed to track those artists down, not ask them to track you down.

If you track them down it's a request. If you just say "here's something you can do if you're bored" then it's an art idea. :P
