Toeless_socks is currently used for toeless legwear that aren't socks, e.g., toeless stockings. The wiki also supports this usage.

It looks like we should either:
(1) Remove the toeless_socks -> socks implication.
(2) Tag toeless_socks, toeless_stockings, etc. separately. (and then implicate toeless_x --> x)

Personally I vote for 2.

Alternately, rename it to toeless_footwear and switch the implication over to footwear instead of socks.

I like this one best. For some reason both toeless_socks and socks implicate legwear, so perhaps "toeless_legwear" instead?

So toeless_socks, for example, would be aliased to toeless_legwear, which would implicate legwear.

If anybody wants to keep Socks and Stockings separate, we could imply instead, but otherwise I agree.
