Dunno. Gaster isn't being used for anything else. Are they referred to primarily as W. D. Gaster in the series?

not sure but i know W. D. Gaster is the full name. Wing Dings Gaster from his font, much like with Sans and Papyrus.

Yeah, "W. D. Gaster" is the full name of that character.
