Topic: Why Parasprite got her rank

Posted under Off Topic

Lol, I got a few of those too and thought I'd done something wrong, so I was like "nooo, don't hit me senpai!" XD

Nope, just a new category. Nicely done, Para!

I only got four of those, so at least I'm somewhat thorough with categorizing new forum posts.

It's a new category. It doesn't have anything to do with how well/poorly you categorized them.

I had these mails too, first I thought I did something terribly wrong...

Some I'm not the only one that shits bricks when a new mail flashes across there screen? I had two the other day from paras-p (that's Parasprite's new nickname)

When I get mail I assume it's either a ticket update or a deleted alias.

Given how conscious I am of my behavior, I'm 99% sure that it will never be a problem.

Speaking of nicknames, you ever think one is formed because people read your name too fast and mistake your identity.

For example, Parasprite can become "Parasite". GameManiac can become "GayManiac". And I recall people mistaking your old Imaderule34 username with "Iamderule34" or something similar.

Oh my god, I got one from a year ago and I haven't really done anything since.
I'm sorry for not continuing to grace y'all with my presence.

That was probably the best thing about that old name. People read it differently and loved to tell me about it xD Sometimes I think about going back to it...

With the amount of devotion given by anyone ranked privileged or higher, especially the admins, I sometimes wonder just what it is you guys do when you're not on e621 and where you find the time to do it.

When I'm not on e621, I write fanfiction (at least 1,000 hours before breakfast in most cases), I work on my sketches, I hit the gym, I go to work, I play video games, etc.

Related: in Dutch, gok means both "to gamble" and a funny word for "nose."

Going to be a complete ant buggerer (ohoh) here, but that's not entirely right. "Gok" directly translates to the common noun "gamble" (a gamble) and its verb form (I gamble, you gamble, we gamble).

"To gamble" would be "gokken", and that's also what we use for the gerund "gambling" (I am gambling, etc).

...This doesn't interest anyone in the least. ;ω;
