To be truthful, they are always very pleasant and usually have something to do with being snugly cuddled by a very large, and sometimes fuzzy -anthropomorphic being-. What "serious health concerns" are you referring to? I mean, I like deep-throating and I would love to be able to do it, but not enough to risk my health for it. The further info would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if the size of the toy I mentioned really is a problem, I'd gladly buy a different toy for this specific purpose. After all, it wouldn't be the first time I've had to do so.

Wait... Is there really a certain type lube that is used for sucking as opposed to other things? If so, why? I thought one of the benefits of oral insertion was not needing lube to do it. Not that I'd actually know since I've never used lube for either thing anyway, but I just kind of figured so.

Also, is there a special lube that can be used to help make it glide easier and numb the throat at the same time? Cause if so, I would very much appreciate a link to it. That would make things way easier altogether.
