I'm thinking of doing some more, probably for this site. What programs do most of you use? I use Ms Paint sometimes.

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Paint Tool SAI, Paint.NET, and Photoshop CS5 for minor effects.

I use Photoshop CC 2015 and draw with a Huion H610 Pro drawing tablet.

If you can't afford any of these programs (Or just are too lazy to crack them, or just don't want to) there is Krita which is free and complete, just gotta get used to the brush engines and how the GUI works overall
