And I disagree.

it does not necessarily permanently damage or deform balls so genital mutilation tag does not apply to all ball busting images.

I disagree with this alias, especially because it's an alias(see tag implementation, alias completely replaced the tag).
I feel this is really pushing the definition of genital mutilation, since exploding blue balls isn't really genital mutilation.

What a misleading definition... I don't think this guy -> post #477323 took any serious damage; he's just in a lot of pain. Same goes for this post #548321. Furthermore, this tag implies cock_and_ball_torture which has a similar definition

CBT wouldn't be a reasonably common BDSM fetish if that were the case. These definitions should probably be re-worded. Horribly damaged/mutilated isn't really a requirement for these tags.
