It's very difficult to find the act of merging, you usually just find images that show a transformation. Try searching for "merging" on various sites and see what you can find.

i dont believe that there is any site that is specifically focused on that but as suggested above, try search for merging on various sites. and if you are really desperate, you can pay artists to draw that stuff for you or you can try make a request thread at some image board
