Did a quick search, and found that it was not posted here, so I happily uploaded. Turns out this was originally drawn by strype, who is on the DNP list.

As it was not sourced from strype's FA, and does not even have a sig (no, I did not edit it out), would this qualify as conditional_dnp, or is it straight up takedown time?

Input from an admin would be appreciated.

If the artist is on the DNP list (not as conditional) it is considered DNP regardless of where you found it. In this case, someone flagged it before you. However, you did try to reach out to us with this forum post, so I'll count this as an honorary flag.

For future reference, you should flag posts you suspect as soon as you find out to prevent getting records for it.
