Implicating tentacle_in_mouth → tentacles

Reason:

There wasn't a wiki page for this tag, so I created one thinking it was only for instances where a tentacle is inserted into a character's mouth, but since I have seen posts where a tentacle is coming out of a character's mouth (mostly seen in the all_the_way_through tag) I'm hesitant if we should implicate tentacle_in_mouth -> oral_penetration as well.

EDIT: The tag implication tentacle_in_mouth -> tentacle (forum #211980) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

That would be a good idea. When I read the wiki page for tentacle_fellatio and then discovered tentacle_in_mouth a couple of days ago, I would find many posts where tentacle_fellatio was used incorrectly.

It's understandable since I've made that mistake too, believing that tentacle_fellatio should be used when a character is performing fellatio on a tentacle.
