As far as I can see, this seems to work...?
Since it doesn't seem possible to perform tonguejob with a short tongue, that'd simply be licking.

Deep_cunnilingus and deep_rimming implies a long tongue.

What about when it's a tonguejob and fellatio at the same time? Do we only count it if the tonguejob happens entirely outside?

-1 not all long tongues are prehensile enough to do a tonguejob(~handjob)

This would be better implicated to prehensile_tongue

Even if it's both fellatio and tonguejob at the same time, the tongue must be quite long if it can be wrapped around penis, no? ...or at least I can't find any exceptions.

Maybe if it were macro on micro, but that'd probably just look like normal fellatio.

I was thinking if it was possible if the penis was small. Even so, I can't imagine an average length tongue being able to perform it.

If you can curl your tongue into a loop, you can do it.

I can see how that is possible with a thin penis but it is perhaps not the kind of wrapping one thinks of with the tag.

As long as the tongue is around the penis and being the main source of stimulation, while not actually being licking, it's a tonguejob.
