I want to upload a number of the 'works' from Amazin-arts stuff - (His tumblr - http://amazin-arts.tumblr.com/ )

It looks very familiar to me, I'm not too sure that I saw this image on e621 before but I think I have. Along with how there are no real other uploads on here for his work, which is surprising to how he is not on the DNP list, and how quality his work is.
Was that image taken down from the artist requesting its removal? I have no idea how to check images that are taken down, so, unsure. Or is his work fine to upload?

I'd rather not do a string of uploads, but to only have them just pulled down later on, both wasting the moderators time and my own.
Even if I am wrong and that they are fine with uploads, its still better to be safe and check this way.

Pictures removed by artist request are usually marked as takedowns, I'm pretty sure.

Don't really know about this artist's permission, but wouldn't the best confirmation be the artist? Send a message to em maybe? I'm not much of an uploader though, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Currently it looks like it's ok but the image I linked has no artist tag.

Ok, THATS probably where I saw this image!
I'm actually going to add the artist tag onto that image for conviency. And that is the image I linked earlier, that links back to his tumblr, so.
But yeah, it looks ok though, it hasn't been taken down BUT since it wasn't tagged with the creator, maybe the creator just never found it, so, cant tell.

Judging that there already exists their artist tag and no deletions that would say otherwise, i'd say have not (past tense) cared if people posted their artwork here. Still wouldn't hurt to ask, though.

I can probably contact him through his tumblr, as he mostly posts there.
Although I don't have a tumblr account and will have to make one in order to ask, so may take a while. But yeah, it wont hurt to ask.

Well, I have one further bit of advice; a site called Harry.Lu can find other imagss posted here. That is how I found the image with no artist tag, and since that happened I wouldn't be above suspicion to say there may be more.

Seriously, thanks for your help, I just asked him on tumblr and got a response pretty quickly, he seems more than ok with it!
