Anyone know what kind of undergarment is in pics? There is no tag for them and they look comfy also.

That looks like it's just a sling for your dong and balls... I wouldn't call that underwear, it'd be more of an improvised strip of cloth.

But I digress, if there is a name for that, I'd be interested to hear.
