Personally I'd recommend making the suggestion first, and then editing the other stuff into the post to prevent bloating up the reason section (see here)

It'd actually be a really nice feature to have two boxes on alias/implication requests so the reason and notes can be seperate.

It used to add the entire forum post to that field. I made it cut off at ~150 characters (I can't remember what the limit is off the top of my head) after being annoyed at controversial text walls taking over the page. :/
