We do have a tag for it in a broad perspective: engrish.

i think that should be invalidated too since it exists only to make fun of people's spelling mistakes

Not that it makes it any more useful as a tag, but it's less about spelling mistakes and more about awkward grammar and word choices.

I have heard of some people using the engrish tag for their blacklists though. Since some people have a really low tolerance for awkward English, it makes sense to keep a way for them to blacklist it.

I don't know. Quite some posts are tagged with it and the majority of the English is abnormally bad.
It actually helps me finding posts that could use some notes.

Is there a translation_request and translated type tag pair for when they still need notes and when they've got them?

Some folks have low tolerance for awkward grammar, so it's probably useful enough to keep. Doesn't get mistagged much either.

Technically there's also partially_translated, but its purpose is a bit different.

How do you search for posts with typographic errors?
