Implicating pegging → female_penetrating

Reason:

Pegging is a specific case of the former tag, where the female partner is penetrating the male.

EDIT: The tag implication pegging -> female_penetrating (forum #192682) has been rejected by @Millcore.

The *_penetration tags were created because pegging was getting tagged for any genders. The implication would carry mistags over.

Then again, I don't know where else we could implicate it. :/

Good idea. Would be better than the current sex_toy implication, and toying_partner is still undertagged.

Well, the *penetration tagging were originally created for intersex on male vs male on intersex, but the female_penetration tag for pegging was a large additional boon, so I assume people liked it a lot for that.
