I found some pictures by someone that is somewhat popular that haven't been uploaded here. It is likely that the pictures in question are commissioned work, as it says in the description that they were made during a commission stream, however, it was posted to his profile on Pixiv. Can I post these pictures? Will they be taken down due to the 2 years paid material rule?

Commissions are not paid material if you're able to view them without paying.

Specifically its pay-to-view material that is DNP, if you have to cough up money to view/access it it is DNP.
