Aliasing fangmeyer → officer_fangmeyer

The majority of users simply use fangmeyer instead of the longer officer_fangmeyer.
To my knowledge, there is no other character known as fangmeyer to require any distinction between the two tags.

So you mean to reverse the alias? Where any tagged as officer_fangmeyer is changed to fangmeyer, which would be officer_fangmeyer -> fangmeyer?

Either would be adequate, I have no preference between the two, so long as the more efficient "fangmeyer" is able to be used when tagging.
My reasoning for choosing fangmeyer -> officer_fangmeyer is just the result of "officer_meyer" actually having a wiki page.
