So there's a wait period of a week after creating an account before you can post anything. Is this wait period right down to the hour or minute that you created the account, or just to the day? My account is one week old as of today, but I still get the same "can't post until your account is one week old" message whenever I try. I'd report this as a bug, but I'm not sure if this is is a bug/error, or just me needing to wait a bit longer.

Try again tomorrow. If you can post then it is up to the minute. If you can't then there's probably a bug.

It's down to the minute from what I know.
