I'm not seeing any link between the names. Nightmare's FA account is disabled but that's all I can see.

EDIT:

All art from both Nightmare and Pandora appear to have similar watermarks.

This piece of art has a watermark saying "Pandora" and linking to the Nightmare FA account.

The second character in the image is Zyino, who appears to be the significant other of Pandora. While it's not conclusive evidence, it's probably enough to verify that both artists are the same.
