Reason:

69_position explicitly states that standing is one of the variations on the tag.

Plus one for the upside_down implication. That should be always applicable, as long as standing_69 is correctly tagged.

Not sure about the main implication. So far related positions haven't been implicated. For example, anvil_position is often considered to be a variant missionary position, but those have been kept separate for search convenience. Standing_69 is so different that it might not be what the users are looking for when they search for '69'.

Come to think about it, maybe there should be some kind of generic standing_sex tag. For standing_69, stand_and_carry_position, and many other positions that remain unnamed.

On further thought, I withdraw the suggestion for the main implication, for the reason Genjar mentions (and I didn't think of at the time).

However, the other two mentioned in the reason don't seem to break anything.
