Reason:

Unclear usage varying from scat (warning to those about to browse the tag) to cheating, among other generally deviant behavior. Possibly a typo of naughty_face.

Why not disambiguate it so that users can know that the image was missing a tag? They take time to clean out, and sometimes sit a while without that happening, but at least people will know "Oh, this one was missing something, it will need to be added."

I feel like this would be a major overuse of disambiguation. Disambiguation is supposed to be for clarifying the meaning of a tag that has several clear meanings. It's not best used for tags that have no clear meaning.

The "Naughty" tag is unfortunately too vague to be of any direct use, see the following list for what to tag instead:
